Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Couple Status mobile application (the "App") operated by Abdukhalik Magomedov.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
2. Description of Service
Couple Status makes it easy for couples to share their status (e.g., "Busy", "Free", "Driving") with each other. The App relies on internet connectivity to synchronize data between devices.
3. User Accounts and Linking
- You may be required to generate or scan a QR code/link to connect with your partner.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and connection method.
- You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of sharing status with a consenting partner.
4. Subscriptions (Couple Status Premium)
- Shared Benefit: "Couple Status Premium" is offered as a shared subscription. When one user in a linked couple purchases a subscription, both users receive access to Premium features as long as their accounts remain linked.
- Billing: Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing and terms are presented within the App at the time of purchase.
- Cancellations: If the subscribing partner cancels the subscription, Premium features will cease for both users at the end of the current billing period.
- Unlinking: If a couple unlinks, the Premium status stays with the user who made the actual purchase. The other user will lose access to Premium features unless they have their own subscription or link with a different Premium user.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App:
- To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- For any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- To transmit any viruses or malicious code.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Couple Status and its licensors.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Analytics providers) that declare their own Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Couple Status, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
